Topicala is a Business Listing website that automatically lists every company in the UK. Topicala allows the owners of the companies listed to manage the critical information in their listing.

Why should I Claim my Listing?

Claiming your listing allows you to extend and manage the information held in your listing. Once you have claimed your listing you will be able to:

• Provide a custom "About" section detailing what your business does.
• Add and edit contact information including your address, phone number, fax number, email address and website url.
• Individually list the services that you provide.

To be able to edit the company information held in the listing, the listing on Topicala must be claimed.

• To ensure that the person claiming the business listing in Topicala is reposonsible for the business entity, Topicala will send the owners of the business a letter to confirm the request. Once confirmed, the owners are allowed to change the listing however they want.

Topicala also allows the public, your customers, to edit some of the information in the listing and provide reviews to your service. By claiming your listing you will be able to moderate and respond to comments individually.

How do I Claim my Listing

The process of claiming a business on Topicala is simple. Enter your name, email address and Click the "accept" button.

By clicking the accept button a letter will be sent to the Registered Address of the company with log-in credentials to allow you to alter your listing on Topicala.

1. The user confirms that they are in position to claim the listing of the company in question. That being, the user is the Director, Owner, Propritior of the business, or the user has been granted permission to act on their behalf.
2. The user confirms that Topicala is not responsible for loss or misues of the authentication information.
3. The user confirms that Topicala is not responsible for the accuracy of information submitted by other users of the system.
4. The user confirms that Topicala is not responsible for comments submitted by other users of the system.
5. The user accepts that Topicala may change this terms of this agreement at anytime in the future.
