Former Attorney General for PA and Hillary Clinton supporter filed petition in US District court demanding that Obama provide an original birth record proving he is a natural born citizen as required in our constitution to be president. Obama tried to get this suit dismissed and failed and also missed an 10/15 deadline to counter these charges-he failed to do so and has thereby admitted guilt under Rule 36 Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Jean passed away peacefully Saturday, October 18, 2008 with family at her side at the age of 74. She leaves to cherish her memory William John 'Bill' her husband of 53 years; also her three children David (Joanne), Beth Watt (Doug), Joan Hackie (Russ) and grand-children Iain, Clarissa, Luke, Jesse, Caleb and Ezra. Also left to mourn her are her surviving siblings Gertie (USA), Nora (Scotland), Muriel, Ronnie, Helen and Dorothy (N. Ireland): along with their spouses and families. Remembering her also are her brothers-in-law and sister-in-law and families all in Ireland. She will be fondly and sadly missed by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends both in Ireland, Scotland, Wales, England, USA and Canada. Jean was predeceased by her parents Samuel and Martha Jane Taylor (nee Vennard) of Co. Armagh, Northern Ireland. Also her siblings Ruby, Maud, and Sammy (Ireland) Ethel (Wales) and Walter (England). Jean was born July 20, 1934 in The Ballinarry Cottage, The Birches, Portadown, Co. Armagh, N. Ireland. She was the eighth of 12 children. In August of 1955, she married William John Stewart and they emigrated to Canada in 1957. They settled in Winnipeg, Manitoba and spent their lives working, raising children and a menagerie of pets! She was well known for her love of animals and great efforts in caring for them. Jean always managed to find the humour in nearly every situation and truly enjoyed a good laugh. She spent many happy hours giggling with her six grandchildren. She had many talents and was an expert in sewing and knitting - no pattern was too hard! Her own family and friends were blessed with creations from her sewing machine and knitting needles over the years. She made sure each grandchild was outfitted with an abundance of sweaters, socks, mittens, scarves and hats. A highlight in 1996 found Jean returning to Ireland where a mighty reunion of family and friends awaited her filled with reminiscing and much laughter - a much treasured memory. Over the years, through the good and bad times, Jean always kept her trust and faith in God and her Saviour Jesus Christ. Although we miss her beyond words we know that she fought the good fight, finished the course and kept the faith. (2 Timothy 4:7) and we know that she simply stepped from this world and its cares, into the eternal one that she looked forward to over the years - where she awaits yet another mighty family reunion. The family would like to thank her doctors, nurses and staff at the Golden Door and previously the Fort Garry Care Home. Also to the nurses and doctors at The Victoria General Hospital. In lieu of flowers, friends and family may make donations to a charity of their choosing in Jean's memory. Funeral Services will be held at Springs Church, 595 Lagimodiere Boulevard, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Saturday October 25, 2008. Service at 12 noon with viewing at 11:30 a.m. followed by a luncheon.
