Are you like me, tired of choosing the lesser of two evils every four years? Then I want to encourage you to write in Charles Cusack for President.I'm fed up with the election being about the Democratic and Republicanparties, not about the American people. Who are they trying to kid?How can a candidate be vehemently opposed to one of their opponentsfor months and then suddenly strongly endorsing them? Because it's good for the party. Remember the Marine code as described in A Few Good Men? "Unit, Corp, God, Country". For the candidates, it seems to be"Party, Special interests, self, country"How many debates do we have to hear before we come to the conclusionthat none of the candidates can give a straight answer about anything.Both parties claim their tax plan will help the middle class more thanthe other's plan--who are we to believe? Both claim to have alternative energy plans. That's a bunch of crap. If we spent just a fraction of what the war in Iraq is costing on alternative energy research, we could be free of our dependency on foreignoil--but that isn't going to happen with EITHER party in office.I could go on and on with specific complaints, but you get the point,and you probably have plenty of your own complaints.It's time to send a message to the Democratic and Republican parties.We're tired of politics. We want straight answers, and we want results.No more special interests, no more vague answers and half-truths, nomore bait-and-switch. No more bailouts for the rich and supposedtax breaks for the poor.
