One week to go before my marathon and I took a little break as my training eases off. I went hiking on Mt. Rokko in Kobe. I haven't been hiking since the Spring. The summer was so hot and humid, I really had little desire to ramble through the sweltering forest.It was a nice little hike. I saw a lot of Japanese people having cook outs and camping.
