July 20th, 2007, Jason Kelly was tried in court for breaking and entering with attempt to commit bodily harm. He was found guilty and convicted by a jury of his peers on July 30th, 2007. The court ruled that Mr. Kelly to recieve the maximum of 1-3 years in state prison, but due to the unclear reasons and evidence as to why Mr. Kelly would have broken into the home to commit any form of bodily harm to its residents, Judge Alan Michaels ruled to serve Mr. Kelly with 18 months house arrest under the supervision of video surveillance sessions he must be present at every morning, noon, and night through a web camera over the internet until the end of his sentence. The footage shown here was found on September, 10th, 2008 burried deep inside the database of HomeGuard Industries, a surveillance company in charge of keeping the journal files of all the house arrestees under their supervision. Some of the footage was damaged and/or corrupted during the incident between these two dates and is currently being used to further understand what had happened. Episode 09Jason is strangly angry at HomeGuard Industries for not keeping up with their part of the house arrest ruling by the court at the same time as he lets them know what he thinks about his absent girlfriend.
