    I worked on three short films for www.labreporter.com and The Matter with Antimatter recently screened at http://www.caid.gr/isffa/index.htmlThe sequence shows that everything in our daily lives is made from the same type of material - matter.Using plasticine helped to illustrate this in a way that would appeal to a younger audience.Each object was animated by hand on a sheet of fluorescent green paper. The images were keyed in After Effects to give a cleaner background, and to allow each sequence to connect more easily. Additional animation was created entirely in After Effects, such as the falling leaves and the girl's skipping rope.

    I worked on three short films for www.labreporter.com and "The Matter with Antimatter" recently screened at http://www.caid.gr/isffa/index.htmlThe sequence shows that everything in our daily lives is made from the same type of material - matter.Using plasticine helped to illustrate this in a way that would appeal to a younger audience.Each object was animated by hand on a sheet of fluorescent green paper. The images were keyed in After Effects to give a cleaner background, and to allow each sequence to connect more easily. Additional animation was created entirely in After Effects, such as the falling leaves and the girl's skipping rope.

    For one of three short films for www.labreporter.com I created a cutout/3D animation hybrid.The point of the sequence was to show that "for as long as humans have existed we have gazed up at the stars".I attempted to show the passing of time by focusing on a single figure, who slowly stands up straight, as in the evolution of man.Inspired by yU + co's title sequence for "Desperate Housewives", I also adopted different artistic styles to further emphasise the passing of time.
