It looked shaggy and old, and she had lost all the flair and grace she had before. Her eyes were dull and tired, and her lips were dry and cracked. What has she done to herself? She kept staring back at the reflection in the mirror, unable to recognize who she saw. It pained her to think she had to go back to school in the coming week, looking like this. Ugh."Jury? Honey, someone's here to see you. Can you open the door?" she heard her mother's voice. It was the worried voice, the voice she used when she felt nothing was right. "Whatever, the door's not locked." Jury said, knowing it was probably Nick. But when the door opened to reveal the strawberry blonde hair and big innocent eyes, Jury's heart softened. "Heyy," Sally said lamely as she entered Jury's room, looking awkward and out of place. Sally panicked, seeing Jury like this. It didn't look anything like her at all. "Sally?" It wasn't a question, it was somewhat a statement. It has been ages since Jury had last seen Sally, or at least talked to her. Suddenly she felt embarrassed, about how messy her room was, about how messy she was. Suddenly the weekly shopping outings she had with Judith and Sally came rushing back, suffocating her. That was when her legs suddenly went wobbly, and her knees went weak. She dropped to the floor, crying. She curled up into a ball, and tried to hide her face. She didn't want anyone to see her like this. Sally ran to her, confused. She held Jury and gave her hug, trying to calm her down. "I've lost her." Jury suddenly said, burying her head in her arms. "I've lost her, I've lost her." Jury kept repeating, rocking back and forth. Sally frowned, wondering whether Jury was talking about Judith. "Who?" she asked, still holding Jury."Myself. Oh sally, I've lost myself."THE JONAS HOUSEHOLDNick looked up from the book he was reading as he heard the doorbell ring. He was about to yell at Joe to open the door, but then realized he was home alone. He took his time to walk to the door, and slowly opened it, checking to see if some crazy fan girl had come to pay a visit. But there was no one outside, and Nick looked around, confused. He was going to close the door when something caught his attention. There was a single notebook lying on the floor, looking up at him. Okay maybe not. Buy hey, he did feel like someone was watching him. He picked it up, examining the plain, brown cover that hugged the pages. He realized it was one of those school notebooks, that people expected you to write in. He opened it up, and on the first page he saw a messy and careless handwriting, scrawled across the top of the page. "I thought I could hide." it said. Confused, he turned to the second page, and found nothing there. He flipped over all the pages, trying to find an explanation to the writing. On the back page, he noticed something written at the very bottom, in the tiniest handwriting you could every find. It looked as if it didn't want to be read, to be seen. "But you found me."

Moxon was listed as an unindicted co-conspirator because he provided false handwriting samples to the FBI in response to a Grand Jury subpoena.* In evidence submitted to the court in the case of Church of Scientology International v. Fishman and Geertz (Case No. CV 91-6426 (HLH (Tx) U.S. District Court for the Central District of California), it was alleged that Kendrick L. Moxon and Eugene Ingram were involved in a plan to murder two opponents of the Church of Scientology.* During court proceedings in Wollersheim v. Church of Scientology, Scientology lawyer Kendrick Moxon was involved in the drowning of the trial judge's dog. The Church later argued that this incident rendered the judge biased and prejudiced against their organization. In 2002 the case concluded when the Church paid Wollersheim a multi-million dollar settlement.* Frank Oliver, a former member of the Office of Special Affairs, alleged that he worked with Kendrick Moxon and others in a campaign against the Cult Awareness Network (CAN).
