Dan juga Wawan Purwanto(Pengamat Intelijen).Amrozi cs banyak menelan korbannya di bali,dan para korbannya menuntut agar eksekusi Amrozi cs ini agar cepat dilaksanakan. Seprti yang kita ketahui,pemerintah sangat lamban dengan keputusan eksekusi,yang sudah berjalan kurang lebih 6-7 tahun. Apakah Amrozi cs bisa lepas dari jeratan hukuman mati atau sebaliknya?Inilah komentar narasumber dari segi Hukum dan Intelijen.Nasrullah perihatin dengan korban bom bali,UU mengatakan apabila utusan pengadilan sudah tetap,harus terus dilaksanakan,peninjauan kembali dan grasi tidak menunda eksekusi kecuali hukuman mati.Nasrullah mengatakan adanya kontroversi pengajuan PK,dan PK tersebut ditujukan kepada Amrozi cs dan sudah tiga kali diajukan,tetapi mahkamah agung belum menerima ajuan PK mereka. Pelaksanaan pidana mati itu dengan ditembak. Sekarang perjuangan legislasi ke DPR untuk merubah UU itu,analisis juga mencari suara rakyat,mereka menginginkan hukuman ditembak atau dipancung,seperti negara-negara lain caranya juga bervariasi seperti cara eksekusi,dipancung,dilistrik dsb.Semua pihak atau kalangan akademik,PK itu penting dan jalur PK bisa mengeluarkan seseorang dari hukuman.Hukum harus diproses dan diikuti sebagaimana adanya. Tetapi dengan peraturan pemerintah yang berbelit otomatis terulur penundaan eksekusi Amrozi cs.Diatas Amrozi cs masih ada otak2 pelaku diatas Amrozi yang masih berkeliaran,polisi dan aparat lainnya harus gencar untuk mencegah amrozi-amrozi yang masih ada. Ada juga kerugian mengeksekusi Amrozi cs karena bisa tertutup informasi-informasi teroris. Mereka menyerukan pemuda untuk bangkit dan bersatu menyelamatkan Indonesia dari keterpurukan.Pawai obor mahasiswa berbagai perguruan tinggi di Bandar Lampung, yang tergabung dalam Aliansi Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Lampung, berlangsung di jalan-jalan utama kota. Pawai berakhir di Bundaran Tugu Adipura dengan diisi orasi para utusan setiap perguruan tinggi.Dalam orasinya, mahasiswa menilai pemerintah saat ini telah mengingkari semangat nasionalisme yang diikrarkan para pemuda pada 28 Oktober 1928. Paling parah adalah pengingkaran lahir dalam bentuk obral sumber daya alam kepada pihak asing, sehingga rakyat terus sengsara.Dalam pernyataan sikapnya, mahasiswa mendesak pemerintah untuk mengutamakan semangat nasionalisme dalam mengelola negara.
