    Workout Day 4 completed. 86 days to go, and counting. Tired and achy as hell. Slight setback as the meds I’m on require that I drink plenty of water, but they also make me retain water. They also increase my appetite, so I’ve already gained a few pounds in the last couple of days. Thankfully, most of it is water weight.
